To place an order you must be of legal age in your state of residence, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate, complete information.
Product descriptions
- Graded cards: the grade, grading company and certification are assigned by an independent third party (PSA, CGC or BGS). We describe slabs as graded, but we do not guarantee the result of any future regrade, crossover or review.
- Raw singles: condition is assessed by us using standard trading card condition terms. Condition grading involves judgement, and small differences of opinion are possible.
- Sealed product: the contents of booster packs and boxes are random. We do not guarantee any specific card, rarity or pull.
- Where a listing shows a stock or representative image, the item you receive is the product named in the listing, but packaging may vary slightly by print run.
- We try to make every title, price and description accurate. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per customer, including when:
- An item is out of stock or was listed with an incorrect price or description
- Payment is declined, reversed or flagged by our payment provider
- The order shows signs of fraud or unusual activity
- Billing or shipping details are incomplete or incorrect
If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The full total, including shipping and any applicable sales tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. See Payment Information for details.
Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address.

Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound and other game names and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners. TCGVanta is an independent retailer of genuine products and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies.
Use of this website
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable US federal law.
