Prices, currency and total cost
- All prices on this website are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
- Sales tax is added where required by law and is shown at checkout.
- The final total, including shipping and tax, is always shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
- If you pay with a card issued outside the US, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees. These are set by your bank, not by us.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. Orders are only prepared and shipped after payment has been successfully approved.
If a payment is declined, reversed or flagged by our payment provider, we may cancel or hold the order and will contact you by email.
Order verification
To protect you and us from fraud, we may review some orders before they ship, especially high-value orders. If we need to confirm any details, we will contact you using the email address or phone number given at checkout.
Please make sure your contact details, billing address and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.
Payment security

- We never see or store your full card number. We only keep order details such as your billing and shipping address.
